Was browsing through the www and found that our own Dencia made the list
of the 'Wackiest outfits' at last night's Billboard Awards. She made
the worst dressed list on UK Mirror, UK Daily Mail and quite a number of
other foreign blogs. About Dencia's outfit, UK Mirror wrote;
Meanwhile, other stars on our Worst Dressed list tonight include singer
Dencia who rocked up in a bizarre colourful one-piece and was mistaken
by um, us, for Nikki Minaj on a first glance.

looked as if beads had been sewn into black mesh, only they were very
